I'm not a huge breakfast person, but lately I've really been trying to eat something every morning, and one thing that definitely helps me, is having something easy and quick to make, that will still taste de-li-cious!
So quite naturally, these 3 ingredients pancakes are my absolute favorite, for obvious reasons! Not only does it taste amazing, it's also super easy to make, and you can save them in a container and have them three or four mornings in a row!
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 big ripe banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A drizzle of vanilla extract
- Mix everything together in a blender.
- Heat up some oil (of your choice) in a pan, and pour a bit of the mixture in the middle. Once a few bubbles start to appear on the surface, flip it and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
- Repeat until there's no mixture left!
I made around 15 pancakes with these measurements :)
